Extruder for Prusa I3/Steel or similar. Designed for flexible filaments, trying to have zero clearance between the Mk7 Pulley and Bearing and PTFE tubing to better filament movement. With this upgrade, the filament cannot roll up in mk7, which is one of the biggest problems with this type of materials. For 1,75mm filament, printing at 60mm/s without problems in my Prusa i3 Steel. The stepper used is a Nema 17 40mm depth and a 15mm spacer. Check you stepper before printing and modify the spacer to fit your stepper. Update: The fan has been modified to better performance. Update: A new carriage system was added, allowing simple and dual extruder use of the same carriage. Two version uploaded - 3 Lm8uu or 1Lm8Luu + Lm8uu. Update: The volcano's layer has been optimized for improved airflow. Update: Support for BLTouch and Capacitive proximity sensor 18mm was added. Added new versión for Mk8 and Mk7 pulleys. Little adjustements in measures for proper assembly were made. A window to clean the pulley was added, allowing easy cleaning of the bearing. Motor Screws changed to regular DIN912 M3x8mm for better tensioning. Update: The ptfe conduit now features a taper to avoid using a drill during hotend assembly. Needed screws: 1 m3x20mm screw, 2 m3x40mm screw, 2 m3 nuts, 2 m4x16mm screw, 1 m4x20mm screw, 2 springs for extruder idler, and 1 mk7. To fix the extruder to your printer carriage, you need 4 m4x40mm screws and 4 m4 nuts.
