Prusa i3 Electronics Cooling Fan Mount
thingiverse
People spotted a group who had strapped fans to their stepper motor drivers, a plan that looked good at first. With the Prusa i3 frame in hand, featuring several extra mounted holes, it was clear a custom fan bracket would fit perfectly. A large 60mm fan blowing air over electronics promised reliable cooling, so this idea seemed solid. Try printing with layers .2 mm thick and use 2 M3 screws that are 14 mm long to attach the bracket to the frame. To secure the fan itself, insert two M3 screws - screw length will vary based on fan thickness.
