Complete assembly instructions for the E3DV6 hotend on Prusa i3 carriage mount are provided, featuring a 24mm M3 hole distance and a fan shroud designed specifically for the E3D. Additionally, a mounting point is included for a 12v, 50x50mm radial fan. Attached FreeCAD files allow for modification of the assembly as needed. The printer settings used to create this model are as follows: Printer: RepRap - hephestos i3 Key print settings include: Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 50% To optimize performance, I recommend printing the blower-shroud at a 45-degree angle in the x-direction. I used brims on certain parts that required extra adhesion to the printbed. This design was created using FreeCAD with modifications made in Blender3D.
