Easy and quick to print (about 3.5 hours) and easy to install. I aimed to design something simple that did the job it needed to do while having a clean and attractive appearance. I use a modified Hictop Prusa i3 but this should fit on nearly any Prusa i3 that uses block bearings. !!Important!! Make sure that when you place the model in your slicer that it is flat on the bed. It is ever so slightly off axis, and honestly I don't know how to fix it at the moment. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Hictop Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .2 Infill: 60% Notes: I wanted to create something clean and simple to mount E3D's Titan extruder to my printer. It uses very little plastic, is easy to install, fits great, and in most cases gives a little extra space to your Z axis. This was printed with E3D's White Edge (PETG) filament as well. Post-Printing Installation Print 2 of the Titan Adapter V2 Belt Att. This will fit in the gaps on the back of the carriage very snugly. I recommend a little bit of crazy glue inside and it won't go anywhere. I use Shuttl3d's fan setup for E3Dv6, which can be found here - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:510957 E3D's Titan assembly can be found here - http://wiki.e3d-online.com/wiki/Titan_Assembly For those first time Titan installs, the extrusion rate multiplier is about 3.8. You'll also probably have to reverse the direction of the extruder motor either by reversing a pair of wires (Don't forget to unplug your power before unplugging/plugging in stepper motors!!) or adjusting settings in firmware. How I Designed This I designed and rendered this using Fusion 360. I pulled many of the models from Grabcad to aid in development and ensure a proper fit. Tolerances are built in so screws fit properly.
