Prusa i3 E3D direct extruder holder sideways

I design custom prints using a direct extruder with geared stepper, which boasts two M4 mount holes, spaced 50 mm apart. My Prusa i3's x-carriage features six M3 mount holes for secure attachment. A friend provided the parts, and I'll post links here once I identify their exact make and model. To date, no suitable adapter has been found to accommodate my stepper axis in the x-direction, prompting me to create a custom part that I now share with you. This design is optimized for printing on its side, with triangles facing upwards (rotate y -90 degrees in Slic3r). This orientation eliminates overhangs and ensures smooth printing.
