Remixed the hotend clamp for the dual extruder version of the unified direct drive extruder from jdogg12477's work, based on inornate's remix of ciricoco's original design. Adapted it for use with BLTOUCH by combining inornate's clamp with jdogg12477's clamp and modifying it to work seamlessly with the Radial Fan Fang duct designed by Lion4H.
