This is a double hot-end setup for bowden type extruders. It has one 30 mm fan for radiator cooling, which seems sufficient. The relative height of the hot ends isn't adjustable, so it's best to use two identical ones and assemble them similarly. I've found this setup to work well. A Prusa I3 X-Carriage serves as my carriage base, thanks to JackWaterfall's well-designed model. Firmware supporting double extruders is also attached, based on Tau34RUS' Marlin 1.1.8 Stable Release for Sunhokey Prusa i3 (configs). You can find more details in the link above. Some differences between this version and the original are: * No case light control is supported because the second heater pin is used instead. * Second extruder control pins are located in the AUX2 zone (44 - direction, 59 - enable, 64 step pin. 66 is CS pin, but it's not used with a4988 drivers I have). The MKS gen-2Z v1.1 control board has two Z axis drivers that can't be reassigned separately through software, so the second extruder is controlled by an external driver board. The power needed for this setup is 5V from separate pins and 12V taken directly from the board's power input. I plan to add a cooling fan and inductive probe mounting to this setup in the future.
