Prusa I3 Direct drive extruder mount

While creating a Prusa i3 mk2 variant for a friend, I found myself requiring a direct drive extruder mounted onto the stock i3 x carriage. I began with Ghosty's part because it efficiently relocates the fan to improve cooling around the heat break. The design also allows for easy upgrade options to a standard i3 extruder later on. This style of mount securely clamps onto the extruder stepper, eliminating the need to remove multiple screws or perform other modifications to the extruder itself. However, I still require creating a spacer to ensure adequate clearance around the z lead screws. Additionally, I plan to add a top plate with mounting points for a servo and the arm associated with the switch style probe.
