There's an updated version of this - Check it out on my page. After scouring the internet for the perfect titan mount that could easily be swapped out with other print heads, I decided the best way to find what I needed was to make it myself. The design I came up with is extremely compact, with the extruder positioned practically on the X bearings to help minimize any x wobble I might have. As far as I know, I'm the first one to place the extruder against the carriage. Also, because it's designed to be easily removable, you can make different print heads for different applications. For example, I'm currently working on designing a micro cnc head. And yes, it has a mount for a BL Touch (or 3D Touch). Checkout the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T2HbLHM7ShY Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 or better Infill: 50% or more Notes: Best to use PETG. Also, the MK3 V4 is the best mount; you'll need square M4 nuts for mounting. Alternatively, you can use the MK3 V3, which has threads in the plastic and a BL Touch mount. The i3_Carriage_Mount.dae file is just the mounting plate for anyone who wants to create other removable print heads. Post-Printing Use a soldering iron to enlarge the screw holes so they're just large enough to let the bolts be screwed in.
