Prusa i3 clone 4 point to 3 point leveling conversion
thingiverse
Convert a standard 4-point bed leveling system to a more efficient 3-point leveling setup, which eliminates bed bending and significantly reduces leveling time. To make this conversion work seamlessly, the print bed must feature a middle screw hole - or you can drill one yourself with ease, as demonstrated in the accompanying photos. Note that you may need to enlarge the existing hole if your printer's resolution isn't high enough. To ensure secure attachment, use a 30 mm bed leveling knob, such as the one included, for optimal results. For best printing performance, print with 100% infill since the component will experience some strain during assembly. Check out the suggested printing orientation in the grey 3D screenshot provided. If you need to make adjustments to fit your specific printer bed, feel free to modify the Autodesk Inventor 2020 source files included - they're yours to customize as needed.
