Here's My Prusa i3 Box Frame crafted using some Clonewars components and assorted parts, showcasing the frame made from "Valchromat" gray wood that measures 19mm in thickness. My printer employs smooth rods of 8mm for its movement systems, with the Y axis leveraging a combination of 8mm and 10mm threaded rods for stability. The printing process utilized purple ABS filament, heated to 245°C on an 85°C heatbed, to create my custom plastic parts. I also implemented auto-leveling capabilities through my bespoke servo holder component.
