This is my updated extruder, relocated from the MK7 Gear to the MK8 for its increased torque and precise step control. The fitting I utilize is the M10 that comes with the E3D V6 bowden kit. Added F3D Source file (Bowden Extruder MK2 v17.f3d). Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Rework Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Printed in PLA at 60mm/sec. Rotate the idler 90deg so that it lays flat. Post-Printing Mounting: Use the two mounting screws for the Z axis guide. Custom Section BOM: 1 x MK8 Gear 1 x 608ZZ Bearing 1 x M8x20mm Set Screw 4 x M3x30mm 1 x M3 Nut) 1 x M3 Washer) 1 x Spring (Alternatively, you can use a shorter M3 screw and no spring)
