Prusa I3 anti Backlash z-axis

Hello, These are my new designs for anti-backlash z-axis systems. If you're using the autolevel function, it's very necessary that there be no clearances in the spindles to avoid inhomogeneous layer thicknesses. At first, I tried using China-made T8 spindle nuts, which consist of two parts and a spring. However, the tensioning of the two parts wasn't strong enough, so there was no anti-backlash effect. I thought that the idea of the split spindle nut wasn't wrong, so I simply used two of them per spindle. One of them had slot holes added, offering the possibility to adjust the backlash to zero. To manufacture these slot holes, you ideally need a milling machine with a round table, but I believe it's also possible with a drill press, a machine vice, and a file. At the x-end idler, I've added a belt tensioner, and the motor end has an optional mount for an igus energy chain (E2.10.10.018). Take a look at my offset chain link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2815843 Both parts are designed for IGUS rjmp-08 linear bearings. A *.step file is available to download if you want to make some modifications. Have fun with your Prusa modification! Best regards, Henning
