Here's a step-by-step guide on how to put this amazing mod together: First, print the extruder body, the fan mount, and four j-head tighteners. Once these are printed, attach four fans using small M3 screws (lengths ranging from 10mm-15mm will suffice; however lengths of approximately 12mm have been suggested) on both sides. Insert M3 nuts into designated slots for extra support and security. Install two j-head tighteners per China J-head unit. Secure the J-heads with a tightening ring, making sure both units have an equal extruder height. Screw-tighten to prevent slippage. Complete installation by mounting front fan holders using 2x small M3 screws with matching nuts. Be sure to print parts in ABS; parts near hot-ends may warp or degrade otherwise.
