This upgrade replaces the subpar original with improved features. It utilizes set screws to ensure smooth rod assembly, eliminating any potential issues. The Idler boasts through holes that enable rods to pass through without requiring disassembly of the entire X carriage. This design provides direct access to the center mount for effortless maintenance. To increase build height, extruder mounts are positioned 1/2" higher. Misalignment of feed and smooth rods is a thing of the past with this upgrade. It's designed for use with (8) standard 24mm linear bearings or (4) 45mm ones. The Idler now comes equipped with an X belt tensioner, ensuring optimal performance. A center section has been added, featuring mounting holes for direct drive hotend mounts.
