This small endstop mount was designed specifically for this affordable switch found on eBay at a dirt cheap price. You will need the following parts: one switch, one printed mount (available in your favorite color), two M3 nuts, an M3x10mm bolt, an M3x12mm bolt, and an M3x20mm bolt. The assembly process is straightforward, and additional information can be found in the provided instructions. Instructions The 20mm M3 screw secures the printed plastic mount to the 8mm rod with a snug-fitting nut that doesn't require excessive force. Next, insert the 12mm M3 into the center hole of the plastic mount and secure it with a recessed nut. For the front of the switch, use an M3x10mm bolt which will self-tap into the plastic. Before proceeding, you should ream out the 8mm hole using a 5/16 bit drill, ensuring proper fitment. Next, ream the holes that pass through the entire part using a 1/8 bit drill, taking care not to overtighten. Leave the third hole unreamed, allowing the M3 bolt to self-tap. Finally, use a 1/8 bit drill on the switch itself, being cautious as there is some clearance, but move slowly and deliberately by hand. The original Sketchup file is available for modification if needed.
