Prusa i3 5mm/5mm Z-Axis Shaft Coupling

A personalized adaptation of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15633, designed using the Customizer! (http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=15633) for specific use with the 5mm z-axis steppers and 5mm threaded rods on a Prusa i3 printer. This customization ensures that the coupling is small enough to allow the rods to rotate without hindrance, unlike other implementations that were too large due to the narrow spacing between the threaded and smooth rods. The customized parts use US standard hardware: (4x) 3/8" 4-40 zinc plated screws and (4x) 4-40 zinc plated nuts. To create this customization, the following options were used in the design process: offset = 2, boltHead = 5, shaft2 = 5, shaft1 = 5, gap = 0.3, nut = 6.5, washer = 0, length = 2, thickness = 0.5, boltShaft = 3, wall = 1.0, bridge = 0.25, and trap = 2.5.
