Prusa-i3 3DP-11 X-Axis Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
This is a part for the HICTOP Prusa-i3 3D-P11, requiring a bolt and nut purchase to fit into the part and pull the tensioner towards the main component. The dimensions of the holes are shown in one of the images. UPDATE: I adjusted the inner part of the tensioner to fit standard screws after realizing they were too wide. Print Settings Printer: HICTOP Prusa-i3 (3D-P11) Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .07 Infill: At least 30% Notes: Supports are built into the model, but turning them on will result in a cleaner part. This part requires accurate printing, so slower speeds are recommended. Post-Printing Ensure supports are removed after completing the print. Design Method Measurements of the original part were taken using a caliper, then altered and drawn as the belt tensioner in SOLIDWORKS.
