I based this on Tech2C's 1.75mm bowden extruder and added a bracket to secure it to my 20mm aluminum frame, making this printer fantastic with the E3D hot end, which addressed some accuracy and filament slipping issues I was having. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20 Infill: 30% Notes: ABS Required Parts Attaching the Bowden setup to the stepper motor: 1 x M3 x 20mm screw, securing it tightly 3 x M3 x 10mm screws, making sure they're securely fastened To mount the completed part to the printer's frame: 2 x M4 x 10mm screws, which are easy to install 2 x M4 slim T-nut, ensuring a snug fit Drive gear: 1 x 608 bearing (roller blade or skateboard bearing!), perfect for smooth movement 1 x MK7 drive gear, available online at reprap.me/mk7.html Tensioning the arm: 1 x M3 x 15mm screw with nut, making it easy to tighten and loosen Filament guide: 1 x PTFE brass push fit connector, which connects securely 500 feet of PTFE / Teflon tube, available at reprap.me/bowden-4-2.html
