Redesigned mounts using set screws to secure 10MM smooth rods with precision, far exceeding the sturdiness of the stock 8MM design. The new setup requires 370MM x 10MM smooth rods for optimal performance. I've integrated my J-Head and extruder motor mount alongside an X belt tensioner into the X Idler and added an adjustable Z endstop holder for enhanced stability. The revamped Idler mount now features "Smooth Rod" through holes, allowing easy access to the center section without disassembling the printer. A break-out panel in the Idler's slot must be snapped off before assembly, while the filament tension arm utilizes a 14mm bearing. J-Head mounting holes are threaded with 6-32 screws, and the center block features 8-32 mounting holes. Set screw holes for 10mm rods require 6-32 (top) and 4-40 (bottom) screws to secure them firmly in place.
