This is a project I originally created, yet it may still prove valuable to individuals building or upgrading a Prusa i2: Remix of Y-motor torsionbox designed for use with a 19 mm OD, 5mm ID bearing (available at Conrad: https://www.conrad.nl/nl/radiaal-kogellager-van-chroomstaal-19-mm-5-mm-6-mm-214450.html) As the idler, I am using a combination of a washer, a fender washer, a washer, an 608 bearing, a washer, and a fender washer.
