This power panel is designed for Prusa Iteration 2, attaching to the rear via threaded rods and secured by cable ties if desired. Its unique design saves space between rear rods by utilizing it for the power panel. The panel holds an IEC socket and switch for turning off the machine without unplugging the cord. Additional modifications are possible, including adding a fuse holder or other objects within the unused space. Installation of up to three panels is feasible on Prusa machines, adding extra functionality such as reset buttons, mini displays, or tool holders. The STL and Sketchup files for this panel are provided, but users may need to adapt it to their specific power switches and IEC sockets. Measurements should include an additional 1/2mm allowance for clipping. Printing requires vertical positioning with support material using Slic3r settings of overhang threshold at 45, rectlinear patterns spaced 2.5mm apart, and a pattern angle of 0. After printing, cleanup, hardware installation, and panel clipping, the power panel is ready for use.
