I encountered difficulties utilizing the sensor on my Cooling fan system due to vibration, so I devised these revised versions for the x-carriage. In my opinion, they are more stable and reliable. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Hephestos Rafts: Not Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: 0.1 mm Infill: 15% Notes: Print the part in its designed orientation, as no support is necessary. Post-Printing Requirements: A nylon strip and the sensor are required. My sensor has a diameter of 20mm; if yours differs, you can modify the Blender file accordingly. Be aware that altering the hole thickness is not feasible due to its central location on the X-carriage belt. Design Process: I employed the base design from BQ and made adjustments using Blender to create these versions.
