I encountered issues with the sensor on my Cooling fan system due to excessive vibration, which led me to devise these improvements for enhanced stability. Specifically, I made modifications to the x-axis carriage. Here is how to configure the print settings: * Printer Brand: RepRap * Printer: Hephestos * Rafts: Not required * Supports: No support needed * Resolution: 0.1 mm * Infill: 15% infill Additional instructions: I strongly advise printing this object in the orientation specified by its design, as it eliminates the need for additional supports. Post-processing requires a nylon strip and the sensor, which I used; please note that mine has a diameter of 20mm. If your sensor is different, feel free to modify the Blender file accordingly. One limitation: do not attempt to alter the hole thickness due to its central location within the x-axis carriage belt. Regarding my design approach: I adapted a basic design from BQ and tailored it using Blender to create this enhanced Cooling fan system.
