Prusa Heatbed Silicone Spring
thingiverse
Printing mold for silicone springs. After using the Nylock mod with washers, I still had disturbing noises at some point due to the printing bed rattling. So, I thought about why not use silicone springs like with my Ender 3 Pro. Then, I got the necessary things and printed a simple shape to pour the silicone into it. I'll show you the result of what came out of it. As for the experience with this kind of attachment to a Prusa/Zaribo, I can't say much yet since I've only been using it for a few days, and the rattle is at least gone again. In addition to the dampers, I have also printed on the dampers from ASA so that the dampers have a guide and I also have their clean pre-tensioning. For assembly, I have printed a simple distance piece with 7.5mm so that I have the screws all at the same height at the beginning. The whole text was written with Google Translate, so don't be surprised if something sounds funny :D
