This device offers a straightforward solution to a common problem. After carefully removing and cleaning the metal sheet, I need to place the sheet in a secure location where it can air dry without any hindrance from methylated spirits (rubbing alcohol). If I put it on the bench, dust or debris might accumulate underneath, creating an uneven thermal barrier between the heat bed and the metal sheet. Moreover, I must ensure that moisture doesn't become trapped between these two critical components. With this device at my disposal, I simply clean the sheet and position it on this stand for a few minutes to dry completely. The only contact the sheet has is through four small, strategically placed points in the stand. Although the device itself is compact, each arm measuring 150mm (approximately 6 inches) in length, it folds away neatly when not in use, making storage easy and convenient.
