Prusa Hacky 608 Bearing X-Axis

To resolve my binding issues, I designed a new x-axis with 608 bearings riding on smooth rods. However, this modification has some challenges. The vertical bearings on the belt side must be attached to something flush with the back for proper belt fitting. Additionally, the bearings have slight play and may need adjustment by adding tape. A long hot end is required (MakerGear is 5mm too short), so I modified it accordingly. Note that the provided STL is SAE; for metric, download the SCAD file and place it in the Prusa Mendel directory with metric configuration. Adjust the x-carriage SCAD as needed and open the x-carriage-608.scad in OpenSCAD. To successfully print, ensure correct attachment of bearings and hot end, and pray for a smooth process!
