I made some modifications to a component from Prusa Flsun i3 Plus Bed Bearing holder provided by my printer's manufacturer. When I received and assembled the printer, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the bed after using it for a while. Upon inspection, I found that the bearing holders were the source of the issue. It turned out that they were too large for the bearings, allowing them to shift backwards and forwards. To resolve this problem, I replicated and modified the holder so that the bearing fits snugly into place. Instead of one zip-tie, I used two to secure it in position. Everything is now working smoothly.
