Prusa Fan-Nozzle Remix

This is a remix of Josef's fan duct for the Mk2 that offers improved design to surround the nozzle more effectively, ensuring finer detail on all sides of parts. The air flow appears excellent, blowing down onto the part rather than at the nozzle. I've modified it to fit my machine perfectly, and hopefully, it will also fit yours with ease. The file labeled "draft angle" refers to the bottom of the duct facing the bed. Initially, I designed this using a Micro Swiss nozzle, not an E3D nozzle, which are longer but that was unknown at the time. This file has been modified to address clearance issues with the bed at someone's request. Enjoy! Update 12/29/2016 I've added three files to the remix: two new designs and one of them offers a complete circle around the nozzle with tremendous airflow in all directions. The fourth file is also a full circle but its airflow doesn't seem as effective, still worth trying if you prefer it. Update 12/18/2016 A second file has been added featuring a center flap for better air flow and clearance issues. Update I've made adjustments to the model with a slight draft angle to improve clearance. Print Settings: - Printer Brand: RepRap - Printer: Original Prusa i3 Mk2 - Rafts: No - Supports: Yes - Resolution: 0.2 - Infill: 20% - Notes: I printed these prototype pieces in PLA, intending to print the final parts in ABS but after using them in PLA I've experienced zero warping/melting issues on any of them, including a 35-hour print with no complications.
