Prusa Face Shield Headband (Injection Moulding)

Modified versions of the Prusa 'Face Shield Headband' and 'Bottom Reinforcement' are drafted and cored out for injection moulding, specifically designed to work seamlessly with 10mm wide flat elastic and a 0.5mm thick visor. Headband Revisions: The updated Face Shield Headband (D2-PRT-0257 v2.0) is now available online with enhanced tooling shutoff features. Additionally, the Face Shield Headband (D2-PRT-0257 v3.0) has been uploaded with improved tooling shutoff. Reinforcement Revisions: The Bottom Reinforcement (D2-PRT-0259 v2.0) has undergone modifications to accommodate 0.5mm visor material, while the original version (v1.0) was designed for a 1mm material. Please note that these designs have not been thoroughly tested by me personally; however, they seem to be gaining popularity in 3D printed format. It is recommended to create a high-resolution 3D printed prototype to ensure a proper fit with your chosen visor material and elastic before proceeding.
