Prusa Exhaust Filter

I use my printer frequently in school, and recently I've become fascinated with working with ABS plastic. The mechanical qualities of ABS really appeal to me, but it does have some drawbacks when it comes to smell and potential health risks. This enclosure and filter system should not only improve build quality but also prevent fumes from bothering me and my classmates. To address this issue, I built an MDF enclosure. It's still a work in progress, but the most critical component, the filter, is complete. This filter uses a Washable Hoover HEPA filter along with activated carbon to remove printer fumes. A small 12v fan provides the necessary pressure. This will connect to the same 12v adapter used for powering LED strip lighting inside the enclosure (wiring diagram in photos). This design is intended to work seamlessly within a solid enclosure, as it's screwed into the back wall and supported by a 90x90mm cutout in the top left/rear corner. The entire assembly, except for the fan and its mount, is pulled through this square access hole to facilitate filter maintenance and carbon replacement. All parts are assembled using pressure fit slide connections, and I applied some vaseline between the components to make it more airtight and easier to disassemble for service. I removed the top tab from Here are the links to the carbon and filter that I used: Activated Carbon for Aquarium Hoover Washable HEPA Replacement Filter Thanks for taking the time to review my design!
