Prusa Enclosure Remixed Parts for Height and/or No Doors

I removed the wings from the parts so you can build the enclosure without worrying about doors. You might even consider attaching them to the lower floors if that's what you prefer, for instance. Furthermore, if you're looking for a bit more height but don't have doors or wouldn't mind dealing with a draft, I've included some height extensions - one is 22.5 meters tall and the other is 45 millimeters high. They won't attach to anything; instead, they fit snugly into the chamfer.
