Prusa Enclosure nameplate

This is a basic nameplate for the Prusa enclosure. I've included a blank model and one with my name. It has one "rivet" and two nubs to make it sit straight. The difficult part is getting the rivet to come out and not break when inserting. I ended up using a .25 nozzle and PETG, which seemed to work well. The fit isn't really tight and it doesn't need to be.
