Prusa Enclosure Bottom Table Leg Braces

Prusa Enclosure Bottom Table Leg Braces

I wanted to stack my IKEA Lack tables three high, and the idea of perching my printer on the highest level without anything actually holding its platform in place left me feeling uneasy. I designed these brackets to print without supports using two perimeters and 10% infill with a 0.6mm nozzle extruding 0.63mm width and 0.4/0.3 layers. They are intended to screw into the base and top of the legs of the middle table where my printer sits, for a total of 13 brackets attached to the middle table. I also plan to add eight more brackets around the top of the legs on the bottom table, with the overall goal being to reduce or eliminate vibration and enhance structural rigidity of the entire assembly. The braces are slotted in the corners to allow cables to pass through. These brackets, like all of my enclosure mod parts, use #6 x 3/4" deep-thread wood screws. I purchase them in bulk from the following Amazon listing: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002ZPEWC/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
