<p>Rather than remake the dual spool holder, which is perfectly adequate IMHO, I decided to make a small but sturdy adapter to do the job!</p><p>You'll need to print the larger “upper piece” on its side with the slot for the nut facing upright, lower piece can stay as is. Printed both pieces at 20% infill, 0.20mm resolution, with a 0.6mm nozzle, standard PLA settings. </p><p>Parts you will need aside: </p><p>1x 3" long ¼" hex head bolt</p><p>1x ¼" nut</p><p>Is more than able to support 2kg of filament, and tightens up quite nicely.
