Prusa Case for SKR V1.3

Based off the original Prusa Einsy case by Josef Prusa for the i3 which can be found at https://github.com/prusa3d/Original-Prusa-i3/tree/MK3/Printed-Parts/stl Needed a fast case for the SKR V1.3 board and decided this would be the best way to get it done quickly. It works with the original hinges or the Bear Upgrade hinges so no need to print everything from scratch. I'm not sure why you might want to use an MKS Gen L board on a Prusa, but if you do, this case will work for that board too. Use the original Prusa printed parts recommendations for printing this case. The case shown is PLA and it shrunk approximately 0.5 mm. ABS would shrink even less. PLA still worked fine for me. NEW UPDATE: BigTreeTech released the SKR V1.4 and the width dimension of the boards mounting holes are 0.2mm further apart than the SKR V1.3. This case may be usable for the new SKR V1.4, if anyone is going to try the new board and printed this for current use please post a comment about the usability of the case. I can always make changes and post a new case for the v1.4. Cooling option: I made a modification to the base for mounting a 30mm fan. I located the fan where it would provide the most cooling for the Ramps. Both options are still available and it's up to you which base you want. Since the file links I added to this weren't being used, I removed them and added the OpenSCAD files directly.
