Prusa Cable Support

The feeder cable is the thickest and heaviest of the three Prusa cables, which tends to droop over time. This will cause it to drag on the print bed and may loop over and catch the heater bed cable. There are several fixes: 1. Tie a string to the cable and support it from the Prusa stand crossbeam. 2. Do the MK2S upgrade. 3. Print my cable fix. My solution is by far the best, IMHO. This is a final fix that doesn't require removing wires or extensive rework. You just print the part, open the Rambo box (one bolt to unscrew), cut the zip tie holding the cable at the Rambo box, slide in the support - from now on called the 'Droop Preventer' - replace the zip tie, and place another zip tie around the cable and the Droop Preventer*. Close up your Rambo box, and you're done. The Droop Preventer will make your equipment look really great. Impress your friends when they come over to see what you've got! I printed mine with PETG Black, but would have preferred Daisy Yellow. But wait there's more: if you print it now, you can print a second one for the same cost, and you'll get a free subscription to Thingiverse for one year! *WARNING --- The Droop Preventer is not an FDA-approved medical device.
