Modify the OpenSCAD bowden mount by dob71 to suit your needs before printing. This work-in-progress design requires adding math to make it fully parametric. Opt for a bowden setup as it positions the Wades extruder mass and height on a non-moving part of the printer, such as the frame. For 3mm feedstock, consider http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/118/135/=kz7az9 with a 6mm outer diameter. Use imperial nuts you have, though size is uncertain.
