Another Y Belt Tensioner for Modified Bear Prusa I3. I designed this model for my new 3D printer, based on the original Prusa I3 Mk3S with T-Slot Frame. I don't like the original solution for y belt tensioning, so I created a new one. Assembly video available on YouTube: https://youtu.be/bwg94brpjVY. Required commercial parts to assemble: M3 Nut - 3 pieces M4 Nut - 1 piece Socket Head Screw M3x30 - 2 pieces Socket Head Screw M4x20 - 1 piece GT2 Pulley - 1 piece Regarding the pulley, I've added a Lever Fusion file for modification according to your pulley dimensions.
