Prusa Bear MK2 Y-axis Linear Rails

As the title says this is a linear rail mod for the MK2 Bear frame Y-axis. I liked JuanPuchol (https://www.thingiverse.com/JuanPuchol)'s design but it is built for the MK3 frame only. The MK2 frame's Y axis extrusions are 20mm shorter and the bearings on the left side of the bed move very close to the frame in order to reach the entire 210mm print surface. This wasn't possible with JuanPuchol's design so I decided to make my own. Essentially I moved the left side MGN12C blocks closer to each other to increase the total bed travel distance and I designed new rail holders that allow the bed to reach just a little over 210mm total travel. I also used Grégoire Saunier (https://www.thingiverse.com/pekcitron/about)'s MK2 rod holder width so the same measurements from his build guide can be used when assembling, making aligning the rails very easy. Just follow this step of the guide when assembling. Assembly notes: * The rails have to be cut to 309-311mm. * The left side MGN12C blocks have to be installed so they are closest to each other. Update 2019-07-13: * Added MGN12C block carriers for the MK2 Y carriage since this was made for the MK2 Bear frame. Thanks to Olof on Facebook for pointing out the discrepancy :) Note that I haven't had the chance to print and test fit these yet. * Added Fusion 360 source files
