This adaptation is inspired by virex Z's support, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:34758, specifically designed for individuals like me who possess acrylic "air 2" side panels without slots. It features standard SKF bearings with an outer diameter of 22mm, an inner diameter of 8mm, and a height of 11mm. There are two types: one with a solid gusset web and another with an open design for increased airflow. The goal is to support the aluminum Z couplings in my printer, which currently have the X carriage hanging on them and stepper motors. By providing this support, it is hoped that the Z axis will be stabilized. Photos of the printed designs will be posted once completed, and all comments are welcome.
