I acquired access to a laser cutter recently, sparking excitement for experimentation. The process taught me mainly about manipulating dxf files. Attached is the file I utilized in my cutting experience. The blue box measures 2 feet by 4 feet, corresponding to my employed cutter size. Presented with the Prusa Air 2, I only removed unnecessary information, kept layers consistent and colors identical before printing. On my laser cutter, it took five passes at full power, a 4% speed to adequately cut through 6mm red acrylic.
