Prusa 10" i3v Y-Axis End Plate with Belt Tensioner

This is a replacement for the standard end plate made from laser cut wood. The Y-Axis idler and belt tensioner have been incorporated into the design. Stock hardware is used (it even eliminates several components!). A new version of the endplate, Rev D, has added reinforcement across the top to address concerns about flexing caused by rapid printer movements. Since functional errors were never noticed during printing with the old endplate, Rev C may also work fine. Print the Y-idler end plate and then the belt tensioner. Remove the standard Y-Axis end plate and replace it with the new one. Position the belt tensioner on the brackets, guide the belt through it, add your stock hardware (M5 screw, washers, bearings, M5 locknut), and adjust the belt's tension before tightening the M5 screw.
