We don't use any conventional spices!We don't do it in a casing, because everything would spill out when you bite into it: we do it in a solid form, like you do with aspic - in Germany, and also in Eastern Europe (there are sausages, sliceable ones with aspic - whether from pork or other animals - even from fish - really good...)!With the sweet potato jam we have a very good starting point for many other things: sweet onion jam for example, plantain sweet potato jam or many others....that means we have a combination of the moderate sweetness that is in all our jams - only it doesn't taste sweet because of the use of sugar cane - with other, divergent flavors.we have planned goat's cheese in a firm form - as a kind of "patty", like in a hamburger - but also "patties" of, for example, onion-leek patties or salmon patties, vegetable patties and the like.and always with a matching, firm "jam", like the sweet potato jam.we have achieved strikingly harmonious flavors that effortlessly top everything known so far.It also supports human digestion very efficiently.This is the first attempt to combine the various manufacturing processes - i.e. forming dough, filling, topping, and finally covering.
