My Proxxon vice is solid steel. The steel jaws are unforgiving when clamping objects made from soft or fragile materials.To protect the vice held object, I designed some flexible TPU jaw protection covers. The covers provides a soft cushion between the steel jaw and the vice held object. Note that there is a different protect cover design for the top and bottoms jaws. The covers are removable, too.My print is made in 1.75mm Aurarium Black TPU filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. No print supports required.I hope you can find this print useful, too.
