This versatile fastening solution is ideal for swift, imprecise connections during assembly processes where exact placement isn't certain. Easily position and release parts with this fastener that boasts four arms - two straight on the bottom and two curved on top. Upon insertion into a hole, the lower arms bend but return to their original shape, preventing removal. The upper arms bend when parts are in place, pushing them together and preventing separation. To install, simply hold by the head and push into the hole; for removal, pinch bottom arms and push into the hole until edges are inside, then pull out by the head. Print this fastener laying on its symmetry plane for optimal use during prototyping when quick connections are necessary and specific placements are uncertain. This design is customizable to various sizes and applications with only a single dimension adjustment in the model.
