Prototype Smooth Beams Large Holes

Update: Added 3 inch, 4 inch, 5 inch, 7 inch, 8 inch, 9 inch, 10 inch, 11 inch and 12 inch versions of the beam. A compact 6 inch 8020 series 10 compatible beam for rapid prototyping has been designed. The beam features strategically placed holes at 0.5 inches from both ends as well as in the middle (3 inches). These holes are generously sized to accommodate a standard Phillips head screwdriver. Both ends of the beam are reinforced with tape for secure attachment using a 1/4-20 fastener. This beam is fully compatible with 8020 series 10 end connectors and T-nuts, and can also be secured using a standard 1/4-20 pan head screw. These beams perform well in light duty mock-ups of sensor mounts but are not recommended for handling heavy loads or actual usage.
