Proton, an expendable launch system, serves for commercial and Russian government space launches. Launched firstly in 1965, modern versions are still operational as of 2018. This makes Proton one of the most successful heavy boosters in spaceflight history. The model has been meticulously designed with high attention to detail and an appropriate polygon count. All features are physically modelled for efficient polygon distribution, making it suitable for close-up renders. Created using Blender and rendered with Cycles, the model is already rigged for simple animation purposes. It consists of three separate groups: the rocket itself, the ground, and the inspection/refueling tower. Please note before purchasing: Textures are packed in native .Blend file format. The model features semi-procedural texturing with tileable image textures. Other formats come with basic materials but lack texture (apart from decals). To achieve the previewed result, it is strongly recommended to use the native .Blend file format.
