Proton Pack Synch Disk

UPDATE: Check out how this part was used in the Ghostbusters Station 6 fan film. Watch it now on youtube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RHMUsQqLmRg A full size, 3D printable synch generator disk which mounts a clippard valve has been created. Based on Steffan Otto's original plans available online at http://www.gbfans.com/wiki/Stefan_Otto%27s_Prop_Plans, we have made an update. The clippard valve is now mounted using mounting holes provided by a Clippard Valve. Clippard valves can be found here. 3D printable versions of all the parts including clippard valve disk and station mount hardware are included in the original plans. For those that like fan film creations you will also love making a working prop gun just like a real movie one. The best part about making movie props is when they actually fire on film which really happens with the synch generator. The Clippard Valve Synch Generator works like a normal movie prop gun but instead of firing live ammo it fires blank rounds to make sound and sight of movie effects so cool in Ghostbusters. We used original plans at http://www.gbfans.com/wiki/Stefan_Otto%27s_Prop_Plans which had many different options. Clippard valve mount option was very important so that the gun can be fully functional but with an open end for easy removal to change ammo clips. We really love making prop guns and hope you find our updates of interest. The Clippard Valve is mounted in such a way as not to be easily removed so this adds much needed safety to prevent any injuries to others around. Here's another one of the fan film.
