Based on Stefan Otto's extensive plans at: http://gbfans.com/wiki/Stefan_Otto%27s_Prop_Plans Print 2 CentreTubeMount.stl at twice actual size. Secure parts together with #4 3/8 screws. Ensure the lower tube is fastened firmly to the motherboard using #4 3/4 screws. Download and print the drill chart, CentreDrill.pdf, in 'actual size' for accurate motherboard holes. To minimize the gap between parts 4 and 5, I applied a thick layer of Big Boy plastic filler. UPDATE: For those who prefer an alternate design, print CoverTubeTaller.stl instead of CentreTubeUpper.stl to elevate both tubes evenly.
